From the very start I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable by Gill.  She explained the process clearly and confidently and I was given the time to explain the issues I have been facing every week.

My mindset has changed dramatically .  I am now looking at things more positively and if I am feeling particularly anxious  one day, I now have the tools to use which help greatly.

I am now able to walk into a room full of people, where as in the past I would avoid that situation at all costs.

I just wanted to share my experience of therapy sessions I received from Gill, and how these sessions have helped me cope with my life and how to manage my stress and anxiety.

I am a lady in my late 50's and have never had therapy before, the reason for this is that I thought I was a strong and capable person able to cope with any situation that life threw at me.

My sessions were very different from what I imagined they would be.  Gill was able to help me completely relax and open up, I found myseld talking about things that I thought I had dealt with, which through my therapy sessions I realised I hadn't.  Gill talked me through the things that had happened in my life, asked me questions and helped me to think of what happened in a different way.

Gill was able to give me coping strategies or different scenarios which completely changed the way I deal with my stress and anxiety.

My experience of therapy has completely changed, I would urge anyone, who like me, thinks they can cope with life, their stress and anxiety, try some therapy sessions with Gill.  I know that seeking therapy has not been a weakness on  y part, it has become a strength for me.  I am now able to look at situations from a totally different perspective and often change them to a possitive, or at the very least have a way of managing my stress levels, and importantly how to re4lax.
